Upload main image here:       | It will be a summer of hard work for Stoke boss Tony Pulis who has pledged to devote his time over the close season to preparing City for their first Premier League season. Stoke went up on the last day of the season by securing the second automatic promotion spot and Pulis knows he has a lot to do if the Potters are to survive in the top division. Pulis said: "I am desperate to keep pushing this job on, and that is not going to happen with me jetting off and sitting on the beach with a cigar and a brandy. "We have exceeded many people´s expectations and reached the Premier League, now we mustn´t take our foot off the gas. "We want to be competitive and know how hard it´s going to be, but with a lot of hard work and dedication anything is possible. "Now we´ve got there, I, like everyone else, don´t want to come back down. We are a Premier League club and want it to stay that way."    |
