Upload main image here:  The Peterborough lads hit Soho for our Christmas party       | The point we picked up against Oldham at the weekend could prove to be crucial in the end but it was disappointing because we could have killed the game off in the first half. Even though we missed a penalty, the game should have been dead and buried with us 2-0 up. That said, looking at the bigger picture, we´re 16 games unbeaten so we´ve still done really well. The mood is slightly down because we could have been closer to the top two, and that´s what you want at the Christmas break but we´ve come a long way.  A lot of the boys kicked off the Christmas party a bit too early We did have a quiet joke about whether I might be in line to take the next penalty. It´s hard to imagine getting two penalties in the first half and missing both of them, but the strikers are allowed to miss a couple of because they make up for it with the goals they get. We had our Christmas party on Saturday. We went to Maya in London, so it was quite mental. A lot of the boys kicked off maybe a bit too early. Some of the them got the train down straight after the game so by the time we got to our hotel in Kings Cross they were already in bed. I´ve got a pretty decent reputation so I had to hold out till the end!    |
