Hopefully we can keep him here. A lot of people on the outside look at the name first when they think of Darren Ferguson. But he’s his own man. He gets involved in training, which is good. It means he’s got a great bond with all the players. Because he’s just retired a couple of year’s ago, he’s still quite a fit guy and he knows what we need. He knows how we’re feeling – if we’re too tired and we need a couple of days’ break. We see quite a bit of Barry Fry around the place too. He’s always up and about. He takes time to come and watch training, or you might see him having a couple of jokes in the treatment room.
